Ingredients:

• Niacinamide 5% (vitamin B3):
  Niacinamide is considered one of the most effective ingredients in skin whitening because it can reduce the production of melanin. Not only whitening, Niacinamide also has a positive effect on dark spots, brown spots, effectively blurring. Since then, the skin becomes visibly more even. • Propanediol 4%:

How to Use:
